เมนูมื้อเช้า นี้น้องสาวออกไปตลาดตั้งแต่เช้าครับ เพื่อไปซื้อ อาหารเช้าประเภทข้าวต้มและเกาเหลา มาให้ผมทานก่อนที่ผมจะ ลงมือทำงานครับ เช้านี้มีเมนู ชาขิงร้อน และขนมไทย ข้าวต้มและเกาเหลาข้าวสวย วันนี้ช่างก่อสร้าง มา 1 คนครับก็รอช่างอีกคน ซึ่งแน่นอนเป็นการทำงานที่ลำบากเพราะทำคนเดียวไม่ได้ งานวันนี้เป็นงานติดฝ้าเพดานอย่างน้อยต้องมีคนคอยช่วยกันทำประมาณ 2 คนครับ ผมก็รอๆจนเที่ยง สรุปแล้วเขาโทรมาลางานครับ แต่ก็ไม่เป็นไร ผมเลยบอกช่างที่มาทำงานรอเพื่อนบอกเขาไปว่าเดี๋ยวค่อยมาทำพรุ่งนี้แล้วกัน ส่วนผมก็ลุยงานของผมต่อครับ วันนี้ผมก่ออิฐมวลเบาต่อครับ เกือบค่ำแล้วถึงจะเสร็จ การก่ออิฐมวลเบาทำเคาน์เตอร์จากนั้นก็ยกแผ่นไม้ที่ผมเตรียมไว้มาวางบนเคาน์เตอร์ครับ ตอนแรกผมก็ลังเลครับว่าจะใช้อิฐมวลเบาทั้งหมดหรือจะใช้ไม้แผ่นใหญ่ที่ผม เตรียมไว้ แต่ก็สรุปได้ว่าใช้ไม้ เป็นส่วนประกอบ
