Eat food to order at a restaurant in the village

Hello everyone, today I took the opportunity to go out to eat a little.

I chose to go to my regular restaurant in the village, Phi Khaek Restaurant, a made-to-order restaurant. This restaurant has a warm atmosphere like home. They are very friendly. The name of the restaurant is Phi Khaek. Actually, it's just the name of the restaurant because the owner or chef is much younger than me. Most of the customers are people in the same area. Today the restaurant has customers.

Today, I intended to order crispy pork with basil, but unfortunately, the crispy pork was sold out. So, I had to change my mind to minced pork with basil and fried egg instead. As for my wife, she ordered stir-fried seafood with curry paste and fried egg as usual, which is her favorite menu. It didn’t take long for the food to arrive. My minced pork with basil had a rich and satisfying taste. Fresh chili made me feel the spiciness on the tip of my tongue. The fried egg was cooked just right. The egg was a runny yellow. The rich taste went well with hot steamed rice. As for my wife’s seafood curry and fried egg, the aroma of the seafood curry was very fragrant.

While eating, I got to chat with Chef Nong Ked, the owner of the restaurant, and her mother. I learned that the ingredients here are fresh every day. It’s no wonder that there are so many regular customers at a small restaurant like this. And it makes me feel very warm and friendly.

While waiting for the food, besides talking to the chef, I took the opportunity to walk around the shop and the surrounding area. Phi Kaek's shop is located in a village, on the roadside, not far from Wat Phrai Son School. The atmosphere is good, you can see it from afar because the shop is on a curve of the road, very suitable for eating, very convenient to catch the eye. As for the menu sign, it is very clear. Most of the customers are villagers who come to eat during lunch break and after work. While taking pictures in the shop, there were customers coming in continuously. Most of them are very familiar with Phi Kaek, the shop owner. He recommended many delicious menus to me. The atmosphere in the shop is warm because the chef's mother is there to entertain. The mother is very cute. When it was served, I ate it immediately. Anyway, it was delicious. My crispy pork with basil and fried egg was very rich and delicious.

Phi Kaek's made-to-order restaurant doesn't only have stir-fried basil with fried eggs. They also have impressive additional services, starting with the warm and friendly atmosphere of the restaurant. The restaurant offers free unlimited soup with fragrant spices. The soup is delicious and easy to drink. The drinking water is also cool and refreshing, helping to quench your thirst. There is also free water.
