สวัสดีครับเพื่อนๆ ทุกคน

วันอาทิตย์ ตอนเที่ยงผมกับภรรยานำอาหารไปให้สัตว์เลี้ยงที่ในสวนแต่ก่อนที่จะไปผมเก็บภาพตัวเองหน้าบ้านสักรูปสองรูปครับ
จากนั้นก็ขับรถเข้าสวน ให้อาหารสัตว์เลี้ยงตอนนี้คอกแพะ ก่อนที่แพะจะมา ผมได้นำเป็ด ที่ผมเลี้ยงไว้ แยกมาใส่ไว้ก่อนครับ เมื่อเช็คความเรียบร้อยเสร็จแล้ว
ผมกับภรรยาขับรถซาเล้ง ไปยังอีกจุดหนึ่งของสวน เพื่อไปตัดหยวกกล้วย มาเป็นอาหารสัตว์ครับ แต่วันนี้โชคดีหน่อย มีกล้วยที่กำลังตัดได้ 2-3 เครือครับ ผมจึงตัด กล้วยเหล่านั้นนำมาใส่รถซาเล้ง
ส่วนภรรยาก็เดินเก็บผัก ในสวนครับผักบุ้ง และมะเขือ ตอนนี้ผักบุ้งที่ขึ้นเองตามธรรมชาติแตกยอดอ่อน น่าเก็บและนำมาทำเมนูผัดผักบุ้งไฟแดงมากๆครับ ผมแค่คิด แต่มีคนทนไม่ได้คือภรรยาผมเอง เธอกำลังเก็บผักบุ้งยอดอ่อน อยู่ครับ
นอกจากเก็บผักในสวนแล้ว ผมเกิดไอเดีย เก็บ ใบมัน ไปให้สัตว์เลี้ยงผมลองทานดูครับ เพราะตอนนี้ใบมันที่ผมปลูกไว้ มีต้นและใบเยอะพอสมควร ผมกับภรรยาลองเก็บไปไม่กี่ยอดครับ
เพราะเป็นการทดลองว่าสัตว์เลี้ยงที่ผมเลี้ยงไว้ทานหรือไม่สรุปว่าทานครับ อันนี้คือวัตถุดิบตัวเลือกที่จะ ช่วยลดในเรื่อง การซื้ออาหาร ต้นมันที่ผมปลูกไว้ยอดกินได้หัวกินได้ ทั้งคนทั้งสัตว์ครับ รออีกหน่อยนะครับผมจะขุดหัวมันเหล่านี้มาให้เป็นเพื่อนได้ชมเมนูอาหารจากภรรยาผมครับ
